About The Poolcats
Welcome to the home of The Westerville JC Poolcats Swim and Dive Team. Children ages 5-18 of all ability levels compete with other local summer swim teams during June and July. The team is a member of the Greater Columbus Swim League (GCSL), which is made up of 7 local swim teams (Delaware, Highlands Park, Northwest, Westerville JC, Worthington, Plain Township, and Annehurst).
To be eligible, participants must be able to swim 25 meters of both freestyle and backstroke without stopping or touching the bottom of the pool, and tread water safely in the deep end.
Volunteers are an integral part of our program. Meets cannot run without the support of the families. Each Poolcat family is required to volunteer a minimum of three (3) times throughout the regular season.
