Meet Absence Report Policy
All swimmers are required to attend at least three (3) Wednesday night dual meets in order to be eligible for the GCSL League Championships in July. In the event that a swimmer must miss a meet for any reason, it is required that their absence is reported both to their coach in person and via the Google Form (link below).
This form must be completed for the swimmer by the Monday prior to the meet being missed. This is needed in advance so the coaches can properly create their meet lineups and form relays. If a swimmer is entered into a meet but must miss the meet, other swimmers become affected, most often in the form of relays.
If the form is not completed by the Monday deadline, that swimmer may be ineligible for relays during the next available dual meet.
